Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Mosey Me, a Melbourne‑based homewares brand, is seeking a hands‑on Digital Marketing Manager to own and execute its digital strategy. This permanent part‑time position will work closely with the founders to drive paid media, CRM, and e‑commerce growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google and Pinterest.
• Develop and manage the CRM strategy, including email flows, segmentation and lifecycle marketing using Klaviyo.
• Create campaign assets for email, paid social, organic social and the website using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Maintain the marketing calendar, ensuring timely delivery of all initiatives.
• Analyse performance data, ROAS, conversion and retention metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage marketing budgets and report on key KPIs.
• Stay up‑to‑date with digital trends and platform updates.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in digital, e‑commerce or growth marketing.
• Proven track record managing paid media on Meta, Google and Pinterest.
• Strong background in CRM and email marketing, preferably with Klaviyo.
• Excellent copywriting, communication and organisational abilities.
• Self‑directed, able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑moving, collaborative team.
