Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing initiatives for the automotive sector. The role focuses on driving brand exposure, user conversion, and engagement through digital campaigns, short video, and live streaming content.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across search engine advertising, social media ads, and display ads to boost brand visibility and conversion.
• Oversee the creation, production, and publishing of short video content and coordinate live‑streaming events that align with brand tone and attract target audiences.
• Manage daily operations on major social platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, crafting creative posts to increase fan engagement and brand influence.
• Analyze advertising, live‑interaction, and video performance data to continuously optimise content strategies, improve ROI and refine promotion methods.
• Perform SEO and SEM activities to enhance organic rankings and click‑through rates for the company’s website and related content.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, advertising, e‑commerce, media or a related field.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Minimum three years of experience in digital marketing or new‑media operations, preferably with short‑video planning and live‑streaming experience.
• Strong familiarity with major social media platforms, especially Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, and ability to spot emerging trends.
• Excellent content creation and storytelling abilities, capable of independently developing short‑video and live‑stream scripts.
• Proficient in data analysis and the use of analytical tools to evaluate campaign performance.
