Digital Marketing Lead (Australia & New Zealand)

About the role

Patagonia is seeking a Digital Marketing Lead to shape its digital presence across Australia and New Zealand. Working at the crossroads of performance marketing, brand storytelling and e‑commerce, you will connect more people to Patagonia’s products, purpose and environmental mission through thoughtful digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the SEM strategy in partnership with agency partners.
• Manage day‑to‑day paid digital marketing across search, social, affiliate and display platforms.
• Deliver campaigns that meet e‑commerce, brand and retail objectives.
• Collaborate closely with the Ecommerce team, Marketing & Environmental Impact team and external agencies.
• Analyse performance data and translate insights into optimisation actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing, especially in performance‑driven environments.
• Passion for environmental activism and a strong alignment with Patagonia’s values.
• Comfort with ambiguity, quick learning and creative problem‑solving.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships and keep the customer at the centre of decisions.

• Experience with major paid platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads)
