About the role

The Digital Marketing Executive will drive Machine Hall’s commercial growth by elevating its digital presence, generating qualified leads and supporting event sales. This hands‑on role blends strategy with execution across paid media, CRM, content creation and performance optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Grow Machine Hall’s social presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Develop and execute digital marketing plans aligned with sales targets.
• Plan, manage and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn and Google.
• Produce short‑form video, stills and written content tailored to each platform.
• Maintain a structured content calendar balancing corporate and brand storytelling.
• Manage Mailchimp: segmentation, automation, campaign optimisation and list hygiene.
• Track performance using Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics and platform insights.
• Report weekly and monthly on lead cost, quality, engagement metrics and ROI, providing data‑driven recommendations.
• Allocate and monitor lean budgets to maximise ROI.

Required profile

• Hands‑on marketer with experience in paid social, SEO and CRM.
• Data‑driven decision maker comfortable managing lean budgets.
• Strong ability to align marketing activities with commercial objectives.
• Creative thinker capable of producing engaging multimedia content.
