Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

KYU Media is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to join its Sydney‑based pod team. You will own end‑to‑end paid media campaigns, drive down cost‑per‑lead, and collaborate with content creators to deliver consistent brand messaging for service‑based clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and EDM platforms.
• Develop and test lead‑generation tactics that fill client pipelines with qualified prospects.
• Track leads from click to conversion, reporting on CPL, CAC and overall performance.
• Write copy and brief creative assets that align with each client’s voice.
• Identify bottlenecks in pod processes and build systems to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Based in Australia and able to work onsite in Sydney.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience running real Meta, TikTok or LinkedIn campaigns.
• Proven track record of reducing CPL and CAC for client accounts.
• Organised, calm under pressure and strong interpersonal skills.
