About the role
Jomablue is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to join its fast‑moving team in Ultimo. Reporting to the CMO, you will own end‑to‑end campaign delivery across email, web, paid media and events, ensuring each initiative meets high‑quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Build, launch and manage multi‑channel campaigns from brief to live, covering email, website, paid ads and event promotions.
- Set up and optimise campaigns in HubSpot, including list creation, segmentation, workflows and scheduling.
- Update website and landing‑page content, keeping it on‑brand and aligned with campaign goals.
- Coordinate inputs from internal teams and external partners to keep projects on track.
- Monitor performance metrics, flag successes and recommend quick optimisation tweaks.
- Leverage unified AI tools in daily tasks and share new prompts or workflows with the team.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, timelines and task trackers for all active campaigns.
Required profile
- Motivated self‑starter comfortable working in a small, high‑performing team.
- Experience in an agency or similarly fast‑paced environment where independent decision‑making is routine.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams without missing details.
Required skills
- HubSpot campaign management (lists, segmentation, workflows, scheduling).
