Digital Marketing & eCommerce Manager

About the role

This senior, hands‑on position leads the full marketing function for a well‑established Australian fashion and lifestyle brand as it expands into the US market. You will own the complete marketing mix and drive both strategic direction and day‑to‑day execution.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full marketing mix – eCommerce, performance, lifecycle, and brand – and deliver commercial results.
• Design and execute the brand’s US launch strategy from inception to scale.
• Lead a small multidisciplinary team covering performance marketing, CRM, social, PR/influencer, and web, while partnering with a content lead.
• Set and own strategy across paid acquisition, lifecycle/CRM, eCommerce platform optimisation, influencer, PR and events.
• Develop and run the go‑to‑market plan for new international markets.
• Manage the marketing P&L, reporting and defending budget decisions.
• Analyse trading and performance data to uncover commercial opportunities.

Required profile

• 6‑8+ years of marketing/eCommerce experience, with at least 3 years in a manager or senior manager role.
• Proven track record of driving growth in a fast‑scaling direct‑to‑consumer brand.
• Hands‑on experience launching or scaling a brand into a new international market, preferably the US.
• Confidence working across modern marketing stacks (eCommerce platforms, email/CRM, paid social & search, analytics).
• Experience leading influencer, PR and events strategy at a senior level.
