Digital Marketing Coordinator

About the role

MineARC Systems, a West Australian manufacturer of life-sustaining products for underground mining, tunnelling, petrochemical, biotechnology and agricultural industries, is looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator. Reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Lead, the role turns strategic vision into measurable impact. The company is based in Kewdale and exports to more than 80 countries.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related discipline
• 2-4 years' experience in a digital marketing role; B2B experience highly regarded
• Proven experience managing paid digital campaigns (Google Ads and LinkedIn preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to report on campaign performance and optimisation
• Experience with long sales cycles or technical products is advantageous

Required skills

• WordPress (or similar CMS) for updating pages, landing pages and blog content
• GA4 for tracking, reporting and performance interpretation
• Google Ads campaign setup, optimisation and reporting
• LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• SEO fundamentals: keyword research, on-page optimisation and technical basics
• CRM familiarity
• Strong copywriting across web, email and social, adapted to technical B2B audiences
• Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Canva and basic video editing
