Digital Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Accent Group is seeking a passionate Digital Marketing Coordinator to support its flagship footwear brands – Platypus Shoes, Hype DC and Subtype. You will work closely with eCommerce, CRM and Marketing teams to design, execute and optimise digital campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention and online growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage customer segments within the Customer Data Platform (CDP) for targeted email marketing.
• Coordinate and launch email campaigns aligned with promotions, product launches and trade activities.
• Develop and optimise automated customer journeys such as welcome, onboarding, retention and win‑back.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve email performance and conversion rates.
• Analyse campaign performance, customer behaviour and ROI, providing actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Marketing, eCommerce and Creative teams to deliver engaging CRM campaigns from concept to launch.
• Support loyalty, acquisition and retention initiatives across all three brands.
• Assist with SEO tasks, including landing page creation, blog posts, product descriptions and internal linking.
• Monitor digital marketing trends and emerging AI opportunities to drive online growth.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, CRM or eCommerce.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Proactive, collaborative team player.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM, ESP and marketing automation platforms.
• Knowledge of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and customer segmentation.
• Proficiency in GA4 and Looker Studio (or similar reporting tools).
• Understanding of SEO best practices.
• Familiarity with email marketing and A/B testing methodologies.
