Digital Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Taylex Australia is seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Coordinator to join its Marketing team in Ormeau. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will help enhance the company’s digital presence, create engaging content, and drive performance across multiple online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage digital content calendars to ensure timely, brand‑aligned execution.
• Coordinate and publish engaging content on social media, website, and email platforms.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external creative suppliers to produce high‑quality digital assets.
• Manage publishing workflows using scheduling tools and CMS platforms.
• Execute and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and Google.
• Monitor campaign metrics, analyse performance data and implement improvements to maximise ROI.
• Maintain website content, applying SEO best practices and ensuring user‑friendly design.
• Provide monthly reporting on campaign performance, ROI, and content effectiveness.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital marketing or social media coordination.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
• Creative, proactive and collaborative team player who can also work independently.
