Digital Marketing Associate – Sydney

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing Australian ETF provider and global investment manager, is looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to join its Sydney team. This full‑time, permanent position offers the chance to work on a variety of marketing activities, from email campaigns to product launches, and to develop a well‑rounded skill set in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns and website updates.
• Assist with social media management, content creation and coordination of digital campaigns.
• Help organise webinars, events, sponsorships and new product launches.
• Coordinate marketing communications across multiple channels and ensure timely delivery.
• Create presentations, pitch decks and collateral for the sales team.
• Contribute to SEO and SEM initiatives and maintain marketing systems.
• Bring creative ideas and a proactive approach to all marketing projects.

Required profile

• 1–3+ years of experience in a marketing role.
• Interest or knowledge of financial services, investments or ETFs is highly regarded.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
