Digital Graphic Designer (Junior to Mid‑Weight)

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Graphic Designer to join our South Geelong team. You will work closely with the Digital Lead and the wider graphics team to bring campaigns and product visuals to life across our website, email marketing and other online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create and update website graphics, including homepage and landing page visuals.
• Crop, optimise and upload imagery to keep the site fresh and engaging.
• Design and prepare EDM (email) campaigns for Women’s, Men’s and Kids’ categories.
• Produce digital assets for campaigns, launches and marketing activities, ensuring files are correctly formatted for web and email.

Required profile

• Degree or higher qualification in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role is valued but not essential.
• Strong design fundamentals in typography, composition and attention to detail.
• Interest in fashion trends and a desire to grow in a fast‑paced retail environment.
