Digital Designer – Mid‑Weight

About the role

Elastic Digital is seeking a confident mid‑weight Digital Designer to join its growing creative team. You will work on a mix of external client projects and internal brand initiatives for high‑profile global technology clients.

Key responsibilities

• Take projects from briefing through concept, production, quality assurance and final delivery.
• Create content‑led collateral such as white papers, multi‑page PDFs and digital campaign assets.
• Design motion content including explainer videos, corporate animations and digital ads.
• Develop responsive landing pages using UX/UI patterns and design systems.
• Produce presentations for PowerPoint, Google Slides or Keynote and maintain brand consistency.

Required profile

• Strong conceptual thinking, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple fast‑paced projects.
• Comfortable interpreting briefs, presenting ideas and responding to feedback.
• Proactive problem‑solver who knows when to use AI tools thoughtfully.

Required skills

• Proficient with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and After Effects.
• Advanced knowledge of Figma, including design systems, components, variants and auto‑layout.
• Solid understanding of web and UX/UI principles, responsive behaviour and interaction design.
• Experience or strong willingness to develop motion design skills in After Effects.

• Salary $65‑$75K base plus super, bonus and benefits.
