Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

Love to Dream, a certified Great Place to Work®, is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join its Brand team in Sydney. This hybrid position offers early‑career designers the chance to work on a global DTC brand, creating both static and video assets while learning performance‑marketing principles.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design team in producing digital media assets for static and video formats.
• Execute design briefs for performance media on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Interpret performance insights and refine creative based on feedback.
• Transform user‑generated and employee‑generated content into paid media ads.
• Contribute visual concepts under senior designer guidance.
• Collaborate with the broader creative team and receive mentorship.
• Experiment with AI design tools and stay updated on platform trends.

Required profile

• Approximately 2‑3 years of experience designing digital assets (internships, freelance, coursework, or personal projects count).
• Strong passion for design and eagerness to learn performance‑marketing.
• Curiosity about AI design tools and willingness to experiment.
• Collaborative mindset with openness to feedback.
