Digital Content Producer

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Content Producer to create, maintain and optimise customer‑focused content across Suncorp’s digital channels. You will ensure content is accurate, accessible and aligned with each brand’s tone of voice while supporting search and AI discoverability.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, maintain and optimise content for customer‑facing digital channels using approved tools, including AI‑assisted generation platforms.
• Collaborate with the Search Insights & Discoverability team to ensure content is optimised for search and structured for citation and reuse in AI‑generated responses.
• Identify and implement improvements to content quality, readability and freshness based on customer, business and search insights.
• Apply content authority principles such as EEAT, expert attribution and trust signals within regulated governance frameworks.

Required profile

• At least two years’ experience producing or optimising content for digital channels in a regulated or agency environment.
• Strong editorial judgement with the ability to assess and refine AI‑assisted outputs.
• Experience working with agile planning tools such as JIRA and managing competing priorities across multiple stakeholders.
• Inquisitive mindset with a willingness to experiment and adopt new approaches.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI‑assisted content generation and review tools.
• Experience using JIRA for workflow management.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and content structuring for discoverability.
• Understanding of content governance and compliance requirements in regulated environments.
