Digital Content & Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Talent Büro is looking for a highly organised and creative Digital Content & Marketing Specialist to drive digital, content and marketing activities for its Model and Influencer Agency. You will work closely with the managerial team to maintain brand elevation and ensure consistent output across all digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day social media activity on Instagram and TikTok for TTB Models and TTB Influence.
• Plan, schedule and publish talent content aligned with brand direction and voice.
• Maintain content calendars, rollout timelines and monitor platform trends and performance.
• Liaise with clients, talent and internal teams on all digital assets and ensure proper filing.
• Organise and maintain digital, CRM and marketing foundations, including email direct mail (EDM) design and reporting.
• Oversee website updates – talent profiles, imagery, copy and general administration via WordPress.
• Support broader management of internal digital systems and administration tasks.

Required profile

• 3‑4+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple agency platforms simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of the influencer, model and social media landscape on Instagram and TikTok.
• Design‑focused with meticulous attention to visual and written detail.
• Comfortable handling creative, digital and administrative tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passion for fashion, beauty, entertainment and lifestyle sectors.
