DevOps Engineer (Retail Media Platform)

About the role

The DevOps Engineer will support the Retail Media platform as it moves to production readiness and beyond. You will work across Microsoft Azure, Azure Synapse, Power BI and Azure DevOps to ensure reliable, automated delivery of data and analytics services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide DevOps and production support for platform components in all environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Production).
• Maintain, troubleshoot and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Assist with release preparation, deployment execution, post‑deployment validation and rollback support.
• Monitor platform health, logs and data flows to identify and resolve failures or performance issues.
• Assess production impact of new tables, datasets, stored procedures or schema changes.
• Collaborate with operations, developers, data engineers, QA and business stakeholders to resolve issues and communicate status.
• Promote continuous improvement in automation, release reliability and operational processes.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in DevOps and production support for cloud‑based data platforms.
• Strong technical investigation, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Automation‑first mindset with disciplined operational practices.
