DevOps Engineer

About the role

The DevOps Engineer will design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure, ensuring reliable and automated software releases.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
• Configure and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
• Automate routine tasks and deployments using Bash, Python or PowerShell.
• Provision infrastructure with Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Manage source code repositories, Git branching and code review processes.
• Deploy and manage containers using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Monitor system availability, performance and logs, troubleshooting issues.
• Apply security patches, manage access permissions and handle credentials securely.
• Support backups, recovery procedures and maintain environment documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 1‑3 years of experience in DevOps, cloud operations or systems administration.
• Hands‑on experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD or Azure DevOps.
• Working knowledge of Linux administration and command‑line tools.
• Basic scripting skills in Bash, Python or PowerShell.
• Understanding of Docker, containerisation and basic networking concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and teamwork abilities.
