Device Replacement Officer – Level 2 Support

About the role

We are looking for a Device Replacement Officer to join our Level 2 support team in Brisbane. In this role you will manage the end‑to‑end hardware lifecycle, ensuring users receive new equipment smoothly and stay productive.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain and support desktop and mobile hardware across the enterprise.
• Deploy and configure Microsoft 365 services and related software.
• Participate in hardware and software roll‑outs, including device imaging and OS deployment.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues within an ITIL‑based framework.
• Provide expert advice and liaise with staff at all levels regarding IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver high‑quality customer service.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience troubleshooting complex ICT environments.
• Proactive, self‑directed and willing to adopt new ways of working.
• Ability to handle manual tasks up to 15 kg and work on‑site five days a week.
• Unlimited working rights in Australia and based in Brisbane.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365 administration.
• Operating system deployment methodologies and device imaging.
• Enterprise networking fundamentals – TCP/IP, LAN, WAN.
