Desktop Support Officer – Embedded

About the role

Centorrino Technologies is looking for a friendly and knowledgeable Desktop Support Officer to join its Melbourne team. You will provide first‑line support to customers, working with a variety of devices and technologies while ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver day‑to‑day technical support for end‑users, building strong relationships.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and develop new procedures where gaps exist.
• Gather customer feedback and continuously improve service quality.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Own and resolve technology issues, coordinating with external third‑party providers as needed.

Required profile

• Passion for exceptional customer service and a can‑do attitude.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Flexibility to handle unusual situations, such as extended hours.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and work with internal and external stakeholders.

Required skills

• Experience supporting macOS and Windows PCs.
• Familiarity with tablet devices.
• Basic knowledge of server systems, network infrastructure and voice platforms.
• Exposure to AV systems is desirable.
