Design Lead

About the role

TripADeal is seeking a Design Lead to champion the brand’s visual identity across all marketing channels. You will guide an internal design team, produce compelling assets, and mentor designers while delivering key campaigns that resonate with travellers.

Key responsibilities

• Champion the brand’s visual identity across digital, print, web, and social platforms.
• Apply brand guidelines to ensure consistency and high‑quality output.
• Translate complex business objectives into effective design solutions.
• Optimise creative workflows using expert knowledge of design software.
• Coach and develop designers in art direction, best practices, and execution standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a studio, agency or in‑house environment delivering high‑quality print, video, animation and digital collateral.
• Demonstrated leadership directing creative teams or acting as a senior subject‑matter expert.
• Track record of driving continuous improvement, ROI and cost‑saving initiatives.
• Experience optimising workflows and project‑management tools for small design teams.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficiency with Figma.
• Expertise in all stages of print production, including pre‑press.
• Ability to produce video and animation assets.
