About the role
The Recycling Centre Supervisor will oversee daily operations at Tomra's recycling depot in Salisbury, ensuring efficient processing of beverage containers and a safe, clean environment for staff and customers.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor a small team, providing coaching and support.
- Maintain maximum operational uptime and processing volumes.
- Manage depot WHS governance, practices and continuous improvements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Work on the ground during high‑volume periods and troubleshoot RVM issues with technicians.
Required profile
- 1‑5 years’ experience in a similar supervisory role.
- Tertiary qualification in Frontline Management or equivalent (preferred).
- Strong customer focus and ability to handle complaints.
- Excellent attention to detail and time‑management skills.
- Willingness to undergo police check and pre‑employment medical assessment.
Required skills
- Forklift licence (preferred).
- Computer skills.
