Department Manager (38 hrs) – Erina Fair

About the role

As a Department Manager you will lead a team to deliver an outstanding customer experience, maintain high operational and visual standards, and drive sales performance in the Erina Fair store.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team to achieve excellent customer service and visual merchandising standards.
• Analyse sales data, identify commercial opportunities and set goals to optimise results, profits and stock levels.
• Manage planning, scheduling and store opening/closing routines.
• Recruit, onboard and develop team members while fostering an inclusive culture.
• Stay updated on fashion trends, customer preferences and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Experience in retail management and operations.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities, with a focus on company values.
• Proven skills in sales planning, analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment and deliver great customer experiences.
• Interest in fashion trends, commercial insight and competitor analysis.
