About the role

Join the friendly team at 1300Smiles Caloundra as a Dental Assistant, supporting clinicians and ensuring patients have a positive experience. No prior dental experience is required – we will train the right candidate with a positive attitude.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist dentists with a variety of procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain treatment rooms.
  • Handle sterilisation and infection control.
  • Provide excellent patient care and support.
  • Manage instruments and stock.
  • Support front‑desk duties when needed.

Required profile

  • Friendly, reliable and professional.
  • Confident communicating with patients and clinicians.
  • Organised and able to work in a busy environment.
  • A team player with a positive attitude.
  • Passionate about providing great patient care.
  • Keen to learn and develop skills.
