Demand Planner & Operations Coordinator

About the role

The Monda Company is seeking a detail‑oriented Demand Planner & Operations Coordinator to manage inventory forecasting, supplier coordination and daily operational tasks in a fast‑growing startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels, flag low stock, and manage replenishment to prevent shortages.
• Coordinate with suppliers on purchase orders, pricing, timelines and stock availability.
• Process sales orders, oversee picking, packing and dispatch with the warehouse team.
• Maintain accurate inventory data in the ERP system, ensuring clean records for items, suppliers and operational notes.
• Support creation and improvement of SOPs, identify workflow gaps and automate repetitive tasks.
• Use advanced Excel to analyse data and contribute to replenishment logic.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year experience in operations, inventory planning, demand forecasting or buying.
• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Accountancy or related field.
• Strong commercial instinct and ability to work independently and within a team.
• Willingness to provide hands‑on warehouse support when needed.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros preferred).
• Experience with ERP or inventory systems such as Zoho Inventory, SAP, NAV, NetSuite or Cin7.
