Delivery Contractor Liaison

About the role

Join Dragonfly’s Operations team as a Delivery Contractor Liaison, acting as a trusted partner to Independent Delivery Contractors (IDCs). You will support contractors in optimizing their operations, managing seasonal capacity, and maintaining compliance, while providing performance insights and operational guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding, training and ongoing support for contractors, ensuring they understand Dragonfly processes and standards.
• Monitor contractor performance using data analysis, provide insights and recommendations for improvement, and conduct periodic audits to verify compliance with insurance and operational requirements.
• Partner with contractors to manage capacity in line with seasonal demand, offering business insights and coaching to drive sustainable growth.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales and Finance teams to maintain processes, workflows and service‑level agreements across the network.

Required profile

• Experience in logistics, last‑mile delivery or operations environments, preferably supporting contractor or driver networks.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence external partners.
• Understanding of compliance requirements such as insurance, safety and operational standards.
• Willingness to travel as needed to visit contractor locations and maintain relationships.
