Dealer Business Account Manager

About the role

A Dealer Business Account Manager is needed in the Field Operations Division to implement and communicate Parts & Service strategies and drive best-practice fixed operations across the Dealer Network. The role works closely with dealers to give them the tools, resources, expertise and support needed to maximise profitability, improve customer satisfaction and boost retention. It is a permanent position based at Sydney Olympic Park.

Key responsibilities

• Advise dealer management teams on aftersales policies, standards and marketing initiatives that meet regional Parts & Service objectives
• Implement, review and optimise operational practices to support parts sales performance, KPI achievement and continuous improvement
• Analyse dealer performance data to improve parts and accessory sales, service retention, customer satisfaction, workshop throughput and profitability
• Build dealer capability through training needs identification, coaching and support for certification, recertification and warranty system review programs
• Ensure compliance with legislation, Toyota operational requirements and Dealer Agreement obligations, including Toyota For Life, Toyota Service Marketing, Warranty Labour Rate and Warranty System Review programs

Required profile

• A relevant degree or equivalent industry experience
• Demonstrated project management experience and strong financial acumen
• Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, able to interpret data and drive business improvements
• Ability to influence, coach and support a diverse dealer network
• Understanding of automotive dealer operations and networks (highly regarded)
