Data Analyst - Corporate Services

About the role

TechnologyOne is hiring a Data Analyst for its IT & AI Enablement team in Corporate Services. You will turn enterprise data into trusted insights and help build the AI-ready foundation that supports better decisions across the company. You will work across the TechnologyOne platform, ERP, CRM, service management and other core systems, partnering with Data Engineering and stakeholders from Finance and HR through to Sales and Delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and turn them into dashboards, reports and insights
• Identify and help remediate duplicate, incomplete, conflicting or poorly governed data across core enterprise systems
• Create and maintain clear, engaging data visualisations that support business decision making
• Analyse large datasets, identify trends and provide actionable recommendations
• Work with Data Engineering to ensure data pipelines are accurate, reliable and fit for purpose
• Help define common enterprise measures and advocate for strong data integrity and governance
• Complete quality checks so reporting and data deliverables meet expected standards
• Continuously improve data systems, processes and ways of working while meeting policy, compliance and WHS requirements

Required profile

• A relevant qualification in data science, computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience
• Proven experience capturing, integrating and analysing large datasets to deliver business intelligence outcomes
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and organisational skills

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of BI concepts and tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Advanced SQL and Python skills
• Understanding of enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM or service management platforms, including security and compliance
• Experience with cloud and data platforms such as Azure, AWS, Data Cloud, Databricks or QuickSight is highly regarded
