D365 Implementation Manager

About the role

This 12‑month fixed‑term contract is focused on delivering Dynamics 365 deployments across Rotork’s Australian selling entities. The Implementation Manager bridges programme delivery and site execution, ensuring sites are ready, resilient and supported through go‑live and early adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed implementation and cutover plans tailored to each site’s operational needs.
• Lead site‑level preparation across Production, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Contracts, HR and Finance.
• Own the cutover process, creating checklists, resource plans and runbooks in line with central guidance.
• Manage readiness activities, track dependencies and act as the primary interface between the central programme and local teams.
• Identify, document and mitigate site‑specific risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies (RAID).
• Coordinate governance routines, go/no‑go decisions, Early Life Support preparation and post‑go‑live stabilisation.

Required profile

• Highly motivated self‑starter with a strong commitment to delivery.
• Hands‑on leader able to influence and motivate cross‑functional teams.
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise‑wide ERP projects in engineering or manufacturing environments.

Required skills

• Experience with Dynamics 365 (D365) ERP implementations.
• PMI or Prince2 project‑management qualifications.
• Strong competency in managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk and communications.
