Cybersecurity Incident Response Analyst

About the role

Join PepsiCo’s Cyber Fusion Center as a Cybersecurity Incident Response Analyst. You will lead the full incident lifecycle, from detection to remediation, helping protect a global portfolio of iconic consumer brands.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end incident response, including investigation, containment, eradication, recovery and remediation.
• Conduct advanced threat analysis, digital forensics and malware investigations to determine root causes.
• Monitor and investigate security alerts across enterprise environments using SIEM, EDR and related tools.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and leadership to coordinate response efforts, provide status updates and drive post‑incident reviews.
• Contribute to the improvement of detection playbooks, processes and knowledge repositories, and participate in on‑call support as needed.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in information security, SOC operations or incident response.
• Proven ability to analyze security events, perform root‑cause investigations and respond to advanced threats.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in high‑pressure situations.
• Customer‑focused and proactive attitude.
