Cyber Security Analyst – Remote (Australia Only)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Cyber Security Analyst to join our fully remote Australian team. This entry‑level position offers recent graduates and aspiring security professionals the chance to gain hands‑on experience in monitoring, protecting and improving our digital infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor security alerts, investigate potential threats and assist in incident response.
• Support vulnerability assessments, risk evaluations and security audits.
• Analyse network traffic, system logs and endpoint security events.
• Help implement and maintain security policies, standards and best practices.
• Assist with identity and access management, endpoint protection and SIEM solutions.
• Collaborate with IT teams to strengthen infrastructure security.
• Research emerging threats and promote cybersecurity awareness across the organisation.

Required profile

• Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and information security concepts.
• Familiarity with computer networks, operating systems and cloud technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with great attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Recent graduate or entry‑level candidate eager to learn.
