Customer Support Representative – Corporate Fleet

About the role

Toyota Finance Australia (TFA) is looking for a Customer Support Representative to support Toyota Fleet Management's customers and sales team. Based at Adelaide Airport, this is a relationship-focused, permanent full-time role acting as a key point of contact: responding to enquiries, coordinating day-to-day fleet requirements and giving proactive sales support so that Relationship Managers and Sales Managers can focus on strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Support the regional sales team to grow business and deliver results across a portfolio of corporate fleet clients.
• Prepare accurate vehicle quotations and turn opportunities into orders and contracts within agreed service standards.
• Build customer relationships and provide proactive support, reporting and tailored fleet solutions that drive retention.
• Manage the full vehicle lifecycle, including new orders, contract renewals, vehicle replacements, registrations and end-of-lease activities.
• Partner with dealers and internal stakeholders to secure competitive pricing, coordinate deliveries and ensure smooth customer experiences.
• Identify ways to improve revenue, profitability and customer value through portfolio reviews, data insights and value-added products.

Required profile

• Previous experience in fleet management, automotive, finance or a related industry is highly regarded, though not essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the confidence to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage competing priorities.
• Team player who can also work independently and take ownership of outcomes.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word, for analysing information and producing professional documents and presentations.
