Customer Success Manager

About the role

Join carsales' Industry & Leisure team as a Customer Success Manager, driving retention and growth for a portfolio of dealer and OEM clients across bikes, boats, caravans and more. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates with 2+ years of account management experience looking to build a career in SaaS sales.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a high‑volume portfolio of Industry & Leisure customers, ensuring product adoption and long‑term value.
• Conduct proactive engagement, performance reviews and best‑practice guidance to maximise SaaS subscription revenue.
• Monitor customer health, identify risks and opportunities, and implement strategies to reduce churn.
• Collaborate with State Managers, Account Executives, Onboarding and Advertising teams to deliver a seamless customer lifecycle experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer success, account management or client services within a SaaS or technology environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a large client portfolio with a structured, proactive approach.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and confidence engaging with client principals and business owners virtually.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and influencing abilities.
