Customer Success Manager – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term (ANZ)

About the role

Spotify is seeking a motivated Customer Success Manager to join its Sales team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will act as the primary liaison for advertiser and agency partners across Australia and New Zealand, guiding them through the full campaign lifecycle and helping them achieve their marketing objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain deep client relationships, serving as the main point of contact throughout the sales and campaign process.
• Respond to RFPs, develop media‑planning strategies, and manage campaigns across managed, biddable and self‑serve channels.
• Lead campaign setup, launch, and activation, including creative production, asset collection, and trafficking.
• Monitor pacing, delivery and performance, using AI‑enabled tools to optimise media plans.
• Prepare and present mid‑ and post‑campaign reports, surfacing insights that drive growth and retention.
• Identify and pitch incremental opportunities, including multi‑product bookings, to support business‑as‑usual targets.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align campaigns with client KPIs.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to anticipate client needs.
• Proven experience managing advertising campaigns end‑to‑end.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment.
