Customer Success Director

About the role

RIB Software is looking for a Customer Success Director to lead presales and customer success initiatives across Australia. The role will support regional growth strategy, work with prestigious construction and consulting clients, and ensure the technical capability of RIB solutions drives high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Assist regional leadership in executing RIB's growth strategy and future initiatives.
• Drive high levels of customer satisfaction through effective application of RIB's technical solutions.
• Collaborate with prestigious regional customers, internal product groups, and leadership teams.
• Contribute to global initiatives and best‑practice delivery in presales and customer success.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, construction or related industry experience.
• 7+ years experience in software implementation projects.
• 5+ years managing a team of 5‑10 staff members.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer facilitation, design‑thinking and requirement‑gathering abilities.
• Baseline Security Clearance preferred (Australian citizenship required for clearance).
