Key responsibilities

• Take high‑volume inbound calls, listen to customer concerns and resolve complex enquiries.
• Navigate multiple systems simultaneously to update account information and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Communicate energy‑related information in clear, simple language to build trust.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes.

Required profile

• At least 12 months experience in a busy customer‑service environment.
• Calm, resilient attitude when dealing with frustrated or stressed customers.
• Strong logical and critical‑thinking abilities to investigate issues and propose fair solutions.
• Eagerness to learn new processes and adapt to a changing industry.
