Customer Care Consultant – Health & Audiology

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Care Consultant to join our health-focused call centre. In this full-time, Monday-to-Friday position you will be the first point of contact for members of the public, helping them understand the importance of hearing health and guiding them toward appropriate services.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to engage community members about their hearing health.
• Provide clear information on hearing care and recommend suitable solutions.
• Schedule hearing tests and specialist consultations.
• Navigate and update multiple internal software systems to track customer interactions.

Required profile

• Customer-centric mindset with genuine empathy and resilience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build rapport quickly over the phone.
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles such as retail, hospitality or call-centre environments.
• Comfortable handling several computer screens and applications simultaneously.
