Customer Service Team Member

About the role

Bunnings is looking for a Customer Service Team Member for its Albany warehouse. The role is part-time and requires flexibility to work morning, day and evening shifts on weekdays and weekends so that customers receive the best possible experience. The team greets visitors, offers advice on tools and products and helps turn DIY dreams into reality.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customers with the best possible experience across the store
• Serve customers with a smile at the checkout registers
• Manage stock efficiently while keeping the workspace clean and tidy

Required profile

• A genuine passion for customer experience, with energy and enthusiasm
• Ability to approach, connect with and confidently interact with customers
• Enthusiasm for learning about products and services and willingness to help across different areas of the store
• Integrity, safety awareness and a good effort
• Availability for flexible hours, including late nights, early mornings and weekends
• Age 15 or over; applicants are invited to apply early as ads can be closed at any time
