Customer Service Specialist

About the role

ADAS Solutions, an Australian-owned business providing ADAS calibration and electric vehicle solutions, is looking for a friendly, organised Customer Service Specialist for its Keysborough Calibration Centre. You will act as the central link between customers, technicians and the workshop team, managing bookings and keeping schedules on track.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries, bookings and quotes
• Coordinate technician schedules
• Provide clear and timely job updates
• Support Site Managers with workflow planning
• Maintain accurate data and administrative records

Required profile

• Experience in customer service, scheduling or service advising (automotive highly regarded)
• Confident and professional phone manner
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment

Required skills

• High accuracy in data entry and administration
• Solid Microsoft Office skills
