Customer Service Sales Consultant

About the role

Join RAA’s Retail Sales Team to turn inbound member calls into sales opportunities. You will promote insurance and road service products while delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets for insurance, road service and other RAA products.
• Handle inbound calls, build rapport, ask probing questions and recommend suitable solutions.
• Communicate product benefits clearly and address member queries confidently.
• Balance sales performance with quality service and positive outcomes.

Required profile

• Motivated by results and comfortable meeting sales targets.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Team‑focused attitude and willingness to learn and develop.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask across computer systems.

Required skills

• Proficiency using computers and navigating multiple systems while speaking with customers.
