About the role

Lysaght, a leading Australian steel building products manufacturer, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its Lyndhurst team. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling enquiries via phone and email while ensuring a seamless experience across sales, operations, and supply‑chain functions.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with customers through phone and email, building positive relationships and providing helpful solutions.
• Analyse enquiries, specifications, and order details to deliver accurate quotes and tailored advice.
• Prioritise and manage multiple requests, setting clear expectations and balancing urgency and risk.
• Process and interpret orders, pricing, and delivery information across internal systems.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, manufacturing, and warehousing teams to identify and resolve issues.
• Track orders end‑to‑end, anticipate potential delays, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Support conversion of enquiries into confirmed orders through thoughtful problem‑solving.
• Use data and customer insights to aid planning, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
