Customer Service Representative

About the role

An established Australian automotive company based in Rydalmere is hiring a Customer Service Representative on a permanent full-time basis. The role works standard business hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm, and serves as the main point of contact for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer enquiries by phone, email and face-to-face in a friendly and efficient way
• Process customer requests, bookings and documentation accurately in the internal system
• Liaise with internal departments and team members to follow up on client requests
• Resolve customer feedback or issues professionally and promptly
• Maintain high standards of data entry and administrative record-keeping

Required profile

• Previous experience in a Customer Service or Client Support role; automotive experience is a plus but not essential
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset
• Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual and comfortable working standard weekday hours

Required skills

• Proficiency with computers, CRM systems and the Microsoft Office suite
