Customer Service Representative

About the role

Join Hero Packaging’s fast‑growing Customer Service team in Chatswood. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries across email, phone and social media.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customers via email, phone and social media direct messages quickly and accurately.
• Prepare quotes for custom packaging projects for major Australian and global brands.
• Lookup orders and resolve enquiries using Gorgias and Shopify.
• Handle administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy.
• Collaborate with the CS team to ensure fast, consistent answers.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
• Customer‑first mindset, friendly, caring and empathetic.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
• Reliable commute to Chatswood NSW 2067 five days a week.
• Authorized to work in Australia.

Required skills

• Experience with ticketing systems such as Gorgias.
• Proficiency in Shopify.
• Familiarity with Slack and Google Drive.
