About the role
Join Reddy Express, part of the OTR Group, as a Customer Service Representative. You will deliver great customer experiences while keeping the store clean, stocked and welcoming for guests in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain store cleanliness, stock shelves and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Provide outstanding customer service, answer queries and promote products and specials.
Required profile
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable standing for long periods and performing moderate to heavy lifting.
- Flexible availability for nights, early mornings and weekends.
