Customer Service Representative (Fixed‑Term)

About the role

Temperzone is seeking a Customer Service Representative on a fixed‑term basis to cover parental leave. You will be the friendly voice behind our customer experience, handling inquiries, orders and logistics in a fast‑paced, supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries about orders, pricing and stock availability.
• Process quotes and orders, including custom manufacturing and delivery coordination.
• Manage inventory, stock transfers and logistics.
• Handle returns, credits and damage claims.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer issues with professionalism and care.

Required profile

• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in customer service, sales or logistics.
• Proactive attitude and genuine desire to help others.

Required skills

• Data entry proficiency.
• Familiarity with order processing and inventory management.
