Customer Service Representative - Car Showroom

About the role

Hudson is recruiting Customer Service Representatives and Admin Support to work with its client, a well-known car brand, during a high-volume delivery period. The role combines front-of-house customer service, administrative support and operational assistance, with training provided on the first shift. It is a temporary position in Pinkenba, Queensland.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a positive and seamless experience
• Provide basic guidance on product features and functionality
• Support delivery operations and appointment coordination
• Assist with vehicle staging and readiness activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to complete final quality checks
• Support general administrative tasks as required
• Assist with the movement of vehicles, including trade-ins and used vehicles

Required profile

• Confident and friendly, thriving in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Professional presentation and a positive attitude
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
• Team-focused and flexible across rostered shifts
• Valid Australian driver's licence is required

What we offer

• Paid $38 per hour plus superannuation (casual loading included)
• Shifts Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00 am to 4:30 pm, Sunday and Monday off
• Duration 10 November 2026 to 1 December 2026, with potential to extend
• Training on the first shift
