Customer Service Representative - ARH Sydney

About the role

Animal Referral Hospital (ARH) Sydney is hiring Customer Service Representatives for casual and part-time positions at its Greater Western Sydney (Minchinbury) and Homebush sites. As one of the first people clients meet, the role welcomes clients and patients and helps them through every stage of their journey.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome clients and patients with warmth, empathy and professionalism
• Manage incoming calls, emails and enquiries
• Coordinate appointments, referrals and admissions
• Support emergency presentations and patient arrivals
• Assist with estimates, billing and payment processing
• Communicate with veterinarians, nurses and support teams
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, reception or client-facing roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational and administration abilities
• A calm, professional and compassionate approach
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well in a team
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Veterinary, healthcare or specialist services experience is highly regarded but not essential
