Customer Service Officer - Perth Airport

About the role

Smaart Recruitment is recruiting several Customer Service Officers for a leading national organisation's Perth Airport team. The role supports business customers through inbound phone calls, emails and live web chat, working with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver a good customer experience. It suits people who enjoy helping others and like variety in their day.

Key responsibilities

• Handle business customer enquiries by phone, email and live web chat
• Help customers with general enquiries and issue resolution
• Work closely with internal teams to find solutions
• Build problem-solving skills, learn new systems and work toward customer service and quality targets

Required profile

• Friendly, motivated person who enjoys problem-solving and customer service
• Experience in customer service, administration, reception or another phone-based role
• Contact centre experience highly regarded
• Positive, team-focused attitude

Required skills

• Strong verbal and written communication
• Confident using computers and learning new systems
• Attention to detail and multitasking

What we offer

• Salary of $67,000 plus superannuation
• Permanent, full-time position, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, no weekends
• Perth Airport location
• 2-4 weeks of structured training
• One day working from home per week once trained and meeting performance milestones
