About the role

Join Trilogy Care’s busy contact centre in Brisbane as a Customer Service Officer, helping older Australians, their families and service providers navigate care needs. You’ll be the friendly voice that resolves enquiries and ensures a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls and email enquiries in a fast‑paced environment.
• Provide support to older Australians, families and providers, handling sensitive conversations with empathy.
• Take ownership of enquiries, find practical solutions and follow through to resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to deliver seamless client experiences.
• Maintain accurate records using CRM and Microsoft systems while meeting service standards.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service, preferably in a busy phone‑based setting.
• Strong communication, listening and problem‑solving abilities.
• Calm, empathetic approach with resilience to thrive in a high‑energy team.
• Willingness to learn new systems and adapt to changing ways of working.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms.
• Competence in Microsoft Office and related systems.
