Customer Service Officer

About the role

Join our customer support team and be the first point of contact for our shoppers across multiple channels. You will help create a positive, lasting impression by delivering fast, friendly, and accurate assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customers via phone, email, social media and live chat.
• Provide order tracking updates, account changes, product information and process returns.
• Handle escalated calls and resolve complex issues.
• Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer‑service environment.
• Strong time‑management and organisational abilities.
• Proactive, open to change and continuously seeking improvement.
• Team‑oriented and collaborative.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
